EN: We’ll start by identifying your goals for couples therapy, as well as your individual needs and expectations. This will also give both of you a chance to see if you feel comfortable and safe with me—while I can assess whether couple therapy is right for you (barring any contraindications). In addition, I’ll get an initial sense of your negative conflict dynamics. DE: Wir beginnen, eure Ziele für eine Paartherapie, sowie individuelle Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen zu erfassen. Außerdem könnt ihr beide schauen, ob ihr euch wohl und sicher mit mir fühlt - gleichzeitig habe ich die Möglichkeit zu beurteilen, ob eine Paartherapie für euch geeignet ist (vorbehaltlich etwaiger Kontraindikationen). Darüber hinaus würde ich mir einen ersten Eindruck von eurer negativen Konfliktdynamik verschaffen.
